We will walk and inspect the property once a month, and provide a detailed report including pictures of all findings. Interior and exterior. Some things we look for are trash, graffiti, transients, dead plants, water leaks, broken windows, dented/chipped walls/curbs/fences, rust, mold, electrical panels & air filters. Starting at only .20 cents per square foot per month.

On a Quarterly basis we will clean your condensation drain & inspect your Rooftop Units, Condensers & check refrigerant levels, coils & electrical output of unit/s. Will provide a detailed report and pictures if anything needs addressed. Includes a 10% discount for all repairs(includes installs) such as air filters, refrigerant, compressor/fan/capacitor swaps. Starting at $33 per month for 1st unit and $25 for each additional unit.

Priority Scheduling/Service for all maintenance and construction calls, services and bids. A 13% discount on all invoices/billing. Recommended for Property Management/Real Estate Companies. Starting at .01 Cents a square foot per month.

We will walk and inspect the roof/top of the property once every quarter(three months), and provide a detailed report including pictures of all findings. Things we look for are trash/debris, leaves, graffiti, leaking condensation lines, damage to Roof Top Units, Damage to roof itself & integrity & any unsealed penetrations, Starting at $350 per report up to 10,000sqft and an additional $100 for every 40,000sqft after.
